Our tooling engineers and designers have extensive experience in creating various blow moulds and injection moulds. Our in-house tooling department produces moulds for most plastic articles made in Philplast as well as moulds for use outside our company.

We can design, produce and issue technical documentation before the mould making, or we can make moulds from 3D documentation provided by the client.

In our tooling production we use new fully equipped high-performance CNC machines. The maximum size of our blow moulds is for articles up to 20 liters in volume. The maximum dimensions for our injection molds are 546 x 896mm with a maximum weight of 2,500kg. All moulds made to be used in Philplast are thoroughly tested on out machines to ensure their perfect quality.

  • Design: a client can come in with an official design, a drawing or an idea of how their product should look, and we can produce a design, 3D model and a “Rapid Prototype”, based on which the actual product can be created. Our skilled team of designers uses “Solid Edge” and “NX CAM” software, and can perform mould flow analysis when designing injection moulds
  • Optimisations: Our team has over 20 years of experience with both the production of tooling equipment and its usage in the production of plastic articles. This know-how can help us optimise your mould design to increase the quality of the final plastic product as well as the productivity of the tooling equipment.
  • Repairs: we offer repairs both in the guarantee period and beyond it, to insure the long and effective use of our moulds.
